🔥 Meat Lover’s Breakfast Bake on the Traeger 🔥

In a blender or by hand whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix sausage, parsley, ham, peppers, and onions together in a bowl. Preheat grill to 350F. Spray a 9x13 lasagna/casserole pan with nonstick spray. Line the bottom of the pan with sourdough (cut to fit) and brush butter on the bread. Layer the meat & veggie mixture to cover the bread, then pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese & half the chives on top. Bake for 40 minutes, then add remaining shredded cheese, bacon, and chives. Continue to bake for 10 additional minutes or until the second layer of cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from grill & set aside for 10 minutes.
