Carne Asada Hanger Steak

1. Add all marinade ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
2. Place hanger steak in a dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over the steak, coat well and refrigerate 2–4 hours. Don’t marinate overnight—the citrus and vinegar can break down the meat too much.
3. Preheat your Traeger to 500°F with Signature Blend pellets.
4. Remove steak from the marinade and grill HOT & FAST, flipping a few times to build those gorgeous caramelized edges.
5. Grill @traegergrills until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.
6. Rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
