Apple Cinnamon Sugar Puff Pastry Tart (Grilled)

Lay the puff pastry on a silicone mat. Roll it out a bit thinner, then roll up the edges about 1/4 inch. Brush the inside of the puff pastry square with a little bit of apricot jam (or any jelly/jam, or omit completely). Slice the two apples and toss them with a little bit of cinnamon sugar, then lay them out neatly on the puff pastry. Whisk up the egg and use it to glaze the rolled-up outside edge of the pastry. Bake on the grill at 400F until golden, about 40 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pastry.
