Apple Crisp

Chop and cube 6 gala apples, then toss them with 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp white sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Pour the apple mixture into a buttered 9-inch grill-safe pie pan or an 8x8 pan. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup AP Flour, 1 cup Old fashioned oats, 1 cup Brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp powdered ginger, and 1 tsp kosher salt. Add 3/4 cup of unsalted cold butter, cut into cubes, to the flour mixture and crumble into smaller pieces. Pour the crumble topping over the apples and bake at 350F for 1 hour until golden and bubbling.
