Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Bundles

1. Take the bacon out of the fridge 1/2 hour prior to wrapping to allow it to come to room temperature.
2. Trim and wash your asparagus spears.
3. Wrap each asparagus bundle (or 1-2 spears) tightly with a slice of center cut bacon.
4. Lightly season the bundles with salt and pepper.
5. For the glaze, whisk together ½ cup maple syrup and 2–3 tablespoons chili crisp (adjust chili crisp quantity based on desired heat).
6. Fire up your Traeger grill (or other smoker/grill) to 275°F.
7. Lay the bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles directly on the grate.
8. Grill for 20–40 minutes, depending on the thickness of your asparagus spears and desired crispiness of bacon.
9. During grilling, brush on the sweet and spicy glaze multiple times for maximum flavor.
10. Remove from grill when bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender.
