Basic Diva Q Flank Steak Marinade and Grill

For the Basic Diva Q Steak Marinade, whisk together all ingredients (cold press olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mushroom soy sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and ground coriander) in a non-reactive container, such as a glass lasagna pan for good coverage. Marinate the 2.75 LB flank steak for at least one hour or, for best results, overnight.

Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F or higher. Grill the steak, flipping it after 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 125 to 130°F. Once cooked, rest the steak for 10 minutes prior to slicing. It is crucial to slice the flank steak against the grain to ensure the most tender bite.
