BBQ Pulled Pork Tortilla Cups

1. Preheat Traeger to 350°F.
2. Mix pulled pork, refried beans, corn, cilantro, rub, and BBQ sauce.
3. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
4. Press tortillas into the muffin cups to form little bowls.
5. Divide half the pork mixture between the 12 cups and top generously with pepper jack.
6. Grill for about 30-40 minutes, until hot and bubbling and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
7. Carefully remove with a silicone spatula.
8. Repeat with remaining tortillas, filling, and cheese.
9. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

Top with chopped onions, extra cilantro, sour cream, or Cholula Cilantro Lime Cremosa.
