Cheesy 3 Meat Low Carb Keto Friendly Pizza with Onions & Olives

1. Melt 3 1/4 cups of mozzarella cheese with 2 oz of cream cheese in the microwave for 30-45 seconds at a time, mixing in between each interval until fully melted.
2. In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and 1 egg yolk. Add the beaten eggs to the melted cheese mixture.
3. Add 1 cup of super fine coconut flour to the mixture. Knead the dough with your hands until everything is super well mixed.
4. Press the dough onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. The dough may be a bit sticky; feel free to add a few more teaspoons of coconut flour if necessary.
5. Sprinkle Italian seasonings and roasted or regular garlic powder over the pressed dough.
6. Use a fork to dock the dough many times to reduce bubbles from rising.
7. Bake the crust at 425F on the grill or in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Turn halfway through.
8. Once the crust is golden, add a simple low carb marinara, thinly sliced onions, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, olives, and a bit more mozzarella cheese.
9. Grill or bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the toppings are bubbling.
10. When the pizza comes out of the oven or grill, let it sit for at least 10 minutes prior to slicing.
