Chocolate Pig Candy Skewers

Cover super thin slices of bacon with your favorite BBQ rub. Smoke low and slow at 225°F or up to 275°F for quicker results. Cook until crispy, which takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Once crispy and off the grill, place the bacon slices on wooden or metal skewers (skewering before cooking can cause the bacon to split). Chill the skewered bacon in the fridge. Once chilled, coat the bacon in your favorite melted chocolate. Optionally, add sprinkles, chopped nuts, or other toppings before the chocolate sets.
