Christmas Almond Maple Sugar Pie

Preheat grill to 375F. In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in salt, cornstarch, corn syrup, eggs, almond extract, maple syrup, and vanilla paste, then mix for 2-3 minutes. Divide the filling into 2 - 8” tart shells lined with pie crust. Arrange sliced almonds on top of the filling. Bake for 30-45 minutes on Traeger Grills until bubbling and a dark golden color. Set aside to cool or serve warm with ice cream. Freezes well.
