Clean Out the Fridge Frittata

1. Start with a cast iron pan. Add butter, onions, peppers, and any leftover vegetables from the fridge to the pan. Sauté until softened.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk six farm fresh eggs with salt, pepper, chives, and approximately 2-3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
3. Chop up your leftover ham and add it into the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
4. Pour the whisked egg mixture over the ham and vegetables in the pan.
5. Add cheese generously on top.
6. Bake on the Traeger Grills (or in a conventional oven) at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes, until the frittata is set.
7. Rest the frittata for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
