Creamy Mushroom Pepper Sauce

On medium high heat in a large dry pan arrange mushrooms in a single layer. Cook the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Add in 3/4 of a cup of beef broth, garlic, and black pepper. Reduce sauce by half. Then add in beef concentrate (like Johnny French dip beef concentrate), whisk and scrape the bottom of the pan to pick up any bits. Add in heavy cream and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve over beef.
