Crispy Bacon Wrapped Baby Taters

Microwave baby potatoes for 8 minutes and then cool them down. Preheat your grill to 300F. Cut each slice of thin bacon in half. Wrap each potato with half a slice of bacon. Place 4 bacon-wrapped potatoes on each bamboo skewer. Sprinkle generously with Traeger Big Game Rub or your favorite BBQ rub. Place the skewers on a small sheetpan covered with foil, parchment, or a silicone pad. Grill for approximately one hour until the bacon is crispy, turning the skewers every 15 minutes. Serve as is or sprinkled with shredded cheese and a side of sour cream.
