Diva Q Texas Prime Beef Ribs

Preheat your Traeger grill to 350F. Trim top silverskin and hard fat from meat side of the beef ribs. Do not remove the membrane from the beef ribs as this helps keep the meat intact for cutting. Spritz beef ribs with apple juice and generously season with Traeger prime rib rub (75%) and lightly season with Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub (25%). Place ribs on grill for 1 hour then lower the temperature to 250F. Grill until the internal temperature is 170/180F or until the bark is well developed. Wrap ribs tightly with Traeger butcher paper. Return ribs to the grill bone side down. Increase grill temperature to 275F and continue to grill until the internal temperature of the ribs is 210F. Remove ribs from grill and rest wrapped for a minimum of one hour prior to serving.
