Diva Q Ultimate Cheesy Meaty Stromboli

Preheat Traeger Grill to 400F. Stretch out pizza dough onto a non-stick sprayed silicone lined 15x21” baking sheet. Spread marinara sauce onto dough leaving a 1” border all around the edges. Layer slices of peppers and onions onto the marinara. Sprinkle on 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon, cooked sausage crumbles, and the pepperoni. Layer the Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Roll into a tight 21” log, folding the two ends under the Stromboli. In a small pot or microwave safe dish melt butter, stirring in chives, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic. Bring to a simmer and remove to cool. When the butter mixture has cooled, slather over the Stromboli. Layer the shredded sharp cheddar over the Stromboli. Bake on the grill for 40-45 minutes until golden. Remove from pan onto a large cutting board and rest for 10-15 minutes prior to slicing.
