DivaQ Smoked Chili Taco Saltines

Start with 4 sleeves of saltines. Line a couple of baking trays with foil. Lay the saltines out in a single layer. Preheat your grill to 225F. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup canola or peanut oil with a 1oz packet of McCormick low sodium taco seasoning, a 1.25oz packet low sodium chili seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional). Slather this mixture all over the crackers (the author did two batches). Smoke for 30 minutes. Remove from grill and cool. Refrigerate any leftovers for 3-4 days in a ziploc.
