Double-Smoked Boneless Ham with Sweet Apricot Mustard Glaze

1. In a bowl, microwave apricot preserves for one to two minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, add the warmed apricot preserves, pineapple juice, brown sugar, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce. Mix well to create the glaze.
3. Cover a baking tray with heavy-duty foil and optionally, use a mesh bakers rack. Place the boneless spiral ham on the rack.
4. Slather the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets in between the slices as well.
5. Preheat your grill (e.g., Traeger grills) to 250°F.
6. Place the glazed ham on the grill.
7. Every 30 minutes, reglaze the ham.
8. Continue cooking until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. (A 5lb ham typically takes just over 3 hours).
