Freezer Restock Breakfast Egg Bites (Grill Method)

1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
2. Prepare your 'add-ins': gather about 1.5 cups total of finely chopped ingredients like onions, peppers, spinach, or leftover cooked meats (sausage, bacon, pulled pork, steak, jalapeños) or assorted cheese. Ensure all vegetables and meats are precooked or sautéed ahead of time and chopped fine.
3. In a blender, combine 6 eggs with 1 cup egg whites. Add some herbs (like chopped chives or parsley), minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until well combined.
4. Spray a mini cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
5. Divide the prepared 1.5 cups of chopped add-ins evenly among the 12 cups of the mini cupcake pan.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the add-ins in each cup, filling them.
7. Bake on the preheated grill for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the egg bites are just set.
8. Remove the egg bites from the grill and let them cool to room temperature.
9. For freezer storage, wrap each cooled egg bite individually in plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. They can be stored for about a month.
10. To reheat a frozen egg bite, microwave it for 45 seconds to 1 minute, adjusting the time based on your microwave.
