Garlic Butter Green Beans

I start by blanching batches of trimmed green beans. Simply boil green beans in salted water for 5-6 minutes. Then to stop the cooking progress immerse them in an ice water bath. Drain them completely. Pat dry. Season generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Preheat your grill to 350F. Drop a couple heaping tablespoons of butter & garlic on the flattop or a cast iron pan on the grill until melted. Toss green beans with the garlic butter mixture. Grill for 3-4 minutes. Finish the beans off with additional crispy garlic.
