20 mins prepServes 8
A whole sirloin cap, also known as coulotte or picanha roast, is seasoned and grilled hot and fast, then paired with simple pan-roasted cauliflower, peppers, onions, and sautéed cabbage for an easy, flavorful meal prep.
Season the 4 lb sirloin cap with a simple rub. Grill hot and fast at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 125°F. Rest the sirloin cap, then slice. For the side, pan roast cauliflower, peppers, and onions, drizzling them with olive oil and Mrs. Dash herb and garlic seasoning. Separately, sauté a bunch of cabbage.
