Grilled SPAM Musubi

1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
2. Slice the Spam into 5 even slices.
3. Grill the Spam slices for 5-10 minutes on each side until lightly crispy.
4. Slather the grilled Spam with your favorite BBQ sauce.
5. Continue to grill the sauced Spam for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce sets.
6. While the Spam is grilling, prepare your musubi. If you have a musubi mold, use it. Otherwise, use lightly damp hands to mold the sushi rice into a rectangular shape, roughly the same size as the Spam slice.
7. Place the molded rice on a sheet of nori and sprinkle with furikake.
8. Top the rice with a grilled Spam slice.
9. Wrap the nori around the rice and Spam. Enjoy immediately!
