Hatch Green Chili Smoked Taco Meat & Crispy Taco Bowls

1. Prepare your taco bowls: Form tortillas using metal forms (e.g., from Amazon). Smoke the tortilla bowls at 225F until crispy, which takes a little over an hour.
2. Prepare the taco meat: Sauté 2 lbs of taco meat first. Once sautéed, add in 1 cup of chopped roasted hatch green chilies.
3. Smoke the meat: Smoke the taco meat alongside the tortilla bowls for added woodfired flavor.
4. Assemble your bowls: Top chopped romaine lettuce with the smoked taco meat. Add lots of your favorite toppings such as queso, cilantro, hot sauce, avocado, chopped onion, tomato, and fresh salsa. Enjoy your easy, delicious, and smoked lunch!
