Hot Crab Dip – The Ultimate Holiday Appetizer

This Hot Crab Dip is a decadent, easy, and completely addictive appetizer, perfect for Thanksgiving or any holiday season. It's creamy, cheesy, smoky, and packed with rich crab flavor, always the first dish to disappear from the table.
1. Preheat your Traeger Grill to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, mayo, half the chives, mustard, onion, Old Bay, Worcestershire, Cholula, and garlic until smooth.
3. Fold in 2 cups of shredded cheese and the lump crab meat.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9” cast-iron pan (spray with nonstick spray).
5. Top with the remaining ¾ cup of shredded cheese and a sprinkle of chives.
6. Bake on the Traeger for 30–45 minutes or until hot, golden, and bubbling.
7. Serve it straight off the grill — creamy, melty, and loaded with flavor.
