Hot Sweet & Crispy Honey Garlic Wings

For the Wings:

1. Toss wings in cornstarch and season with Traeger rub.
2. Grill wings at 350F until the internal temperature is at least 180F. This can take anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your wings.
3. Once cooked, toss with the prepared glaze and eat, or toss with glaze and return to the grill for a few minutes for even stickier wings.

For the Glaze:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup honey, 4 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp Mirin, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, and 1 tsp Szechuan pepper powder.
2. Mix all glaze ingredients together.
3. Heat the glaze in a microwave on high for 45 seconds.
