How to Reheat Ribs

Place thawed ribs in a large disposable pan, meat side up. Pour 1-2 cups of room temperature juice (peach or apple works great) into the pan, just enough to cover the bottom by 1/2 inch. Cover the entire pan tightly with foil. Place the pan in an oven or on a grill (such as a Traeger grill) preheated to 300°F. Cook for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (use a digital thermometer to check). Remove the foil. Glaze the ribs generously with BBQ sauce. Place the glazed ribs under a broiler or on a hot grill at 400°F for a couple of minutes to set the sauce. Slice and serve immediately.
