Improvised Cookie Cake Pops

First, add cream cheese icing to the broken, soft cookies in a bowl and mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms. Use an ice cream scoop to form the mixture into balls. Insert sticks into each ball and chill them in the freezer until hard. Once firm, dip the cake pops in melted chocolate and decorate immediately with sprinkles.
