Maple & Whiskey Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Thick-Cut Bacon

In a large bowl, whisk marinade ingredients together (Maple Syrup, canola oil, whiskey, Honey Dijon Mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper). Add trimmed brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes so that the brussels sprouts soak in the marinade. Line a baking sheet with foil. Remove Brussels sprouts from marinade and spread sprouts on tray cut side up, adding the pieces of bacon. Reserve remaining marinade. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F. Place the tray on the grill. Grill for up to two hours or until brussels sprouts are golden and caramelized. Drizzle with remaining marinade if desired and top with Parmesan. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
