Mighty Munchkin Ribs (Hot & Fast)

1. Set your smoker or grill to cook hot & fast at 275F.
2. Season the ribs generously with Pork & Poultry rub.
3. Place the ribs on the smoker and spritz them every half hour with peach nectar until they reach an internal temperature of 160F.
4. Once 160F, wrap the ribs with honey, brown sugar, butter, and more rub.
5. Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker and continue cooking until they reach a final internal temperature of 203F.

Pro tip: Take the temperature of the ribs between bones 4 and 5 from the side for consistent, repeatable results.
