No Knead Parmesan Herb Loaf

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, yeast, and warm water. 
2. Stir in the flour and salt until well incorporated. 
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 12 hours for the first rise. 
4. Generously dust your countertop with flour and turn the dough out. 
5. Mix in the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. 
6. Place the dough inside a large bowl brushed with olive oil to rise again for 1-2 hours, covered with a clean kitchen towel. 
7. Preheat your grill to 450°F (232°C). Place an 8-quart Dutch Oven with its lid onto the grill to preheat for a minimum of 30 minutes. 
8. Once the Dutch oven is preheated, transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and carefully place it into the heated pan. Cover with the lid. 
9. Bake for 35 minutes until the bread is just turning golden. 
10. Remove the lid and continue to bake for another 10-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the bread reaches 195-205°F (90-96°C).
