Orange Glazed Steelhead Trout

Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the steelhead trout fillet, skin side down, on Traeger Butcher paper. This paper helps to prevent the fish from sticking and makes handling much easier. Season the fish generously with Traeger Grills breakfast rub. Place thin slices of naval oranges (or other citrus like grapefruit or lime) on top of the fillet. Place the fish on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. This typically takes around 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillet. Use a meat thermometer to ensure accuracy. Serve immediately with a side salad or rice.
