Transform frozen garlic knots into an irresistible, cheesy snack with marinara, garlic butter, and mozzarella. This recipe is ridiculously simple, easy to make, and kid-friendly, perfect for superior snackage!
Preheat your grill to 400F. Lightly coat the bottom of a 9” cast iron pan with olive oil (or use two individual oval cast irons). Place the frozen garlic knots into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden, noting that baking time can vary depending on the brand of garlic knots. Remove the pan from the grill and drizzle the garlic knots generously with the melted garlic butter and warmed marinara sauce. Top them with the mozzarella slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Return the pan to the grill for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbling hot. Serve immediately and enjoy!
