Puff pastry drizzled with olive oil seasoned with @traegergrills chicken rub, basil 🌿 & oregano. Baked at 350F for 15 minutes. Then layered with Wagyu steak slices, sautéed onions, peppers 🌶 plus topped with mounds of shredded mozzarella. Grilled at 450F till bubbling goodness. But wait ..... there’s more finished with a smoked Uber garlic aioli for the ultimate finish. Yeah. Pizza to the max with BIG flavor. For the pizza: Drizzle puff pastry with olive oil and season with Traeger Grills chicken rub, basil, and oregano. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Then layer the baked pastry with Wagyu steak slices, sautéed onions, peppers, and top with mounds of shredded mozzarella. Grill at 450F until bubbling goodness. Finish the pizza with the smoked garlic aioli.

For the Smoked Garlic Aioli: In a food processor, combine 1 cup Dukes mayonnaise, 12 cloves smoked garlic, 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tsp dried chives, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and salt to taste. Pulse all ingredients until smooth.
