Pineapple Brined Grilled Pork Chops

Whisk all brine ingredients (pineapple juice, Kosher salt, brown sugar) until the salt and sugar are liquified. Add in pork chops or pork loins to the brine. Brine for 4-6 hours, or overnight for a deeper pineapple juice flavor. After brining, grill the pork chops at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches between 145-155°F. If using a glaze (recipe not included here), apply it in the last 10 degrees of doneness.
