Quick and Fast Sheetpan Burgers

Preheat your Traeger grill to 350F. Take 1 pound (or more) of ground beef and spread it out thin on a baking sheet lined with a silicone pad or parchment paper. Season with your favorite steak rub (e.g., homemade Montreal steak spice). Bake on the grill for 20-25 minutes, then drain off any excess fat. Top with shredded cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake another few minutes until the cheese is melted. Use a pizza cutter to divide the burgers and load them up with your favorite buns or additional toppings.
