Instructions

Season cold steaks with a mixture of 1/3 Traeger Grills Coffee Rub and 2/3 Traeger Grills Prime Rib Rub. Smoke the seasoned steaks on your Traeger grill at 225°F using your favorite pellets until the internal temperature reaches 100°F. Remove steaks from the grill and tent lightly with foil. Increase the grill temperature to 450°F. Once the grill is hot, sear the steaks until the internal temperature reaches 120-125°F for your desired doneness. Rest the steaks for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Make people happy!
