Salt & Vinegar Wings

1. Season & Chill: Lay wings out on a tray and season generously with ranch seasoning. Place uncovered in the fridge overnight to help the skin dry and crisp up.
2. Fire Up the Grill: Preheat your Traeger Grill to 275°F. Spray a mesh baker’s rack with non-stick spray and arrange wings in a single layer.
3. Low & Slow Cook: Grill wings for about 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temp of 165°F.
4. Make the Vinegar Glaze: Whisk together ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 ½ tsp kosher sea salt, and 1 tsp onion powder in a small bowl until the salt dissolves.
5. Glaze & Finish: Brush wings with vinegar glaze, return to the grill, and cook for 15–20 minutes until the glaze sets and the wings get sticky-tangy.
6. Serve & Devour: Pile ‘em high, grab napkins, and dig in! 🍗✨

Pro Tip: Want a vinegar kick that really pops? Marinate your wings for a couple of hours in ½ cup of the vinegar glaze before seasoning with ranch. The flavor payoff is HUGE.
