Simple Marinated Flank Steak

1. In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
2. Place flank steak in a large resealable bag and pour in the marinade.
3. Remove excess air, seal tightly, and refrigerate overnight — flipping the bag every few hours.
4. Preheat @traegergrills to 450°F.
5. Remove steak from marinade and discard the liquid. Pat steak dry, then season both sides with kosher salt and pepper.
6. Grill until your desired doneness — I pull mine at 130°F for perfect medium-rare. 🔥 if you want, you can flip after 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. (Sooo important for flank)
8. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and serve however you like: tacos, bowls, wraps, or solo with a fork.
