Smashed Potatoes, Elevated!

1. Boil or steam small potatoes until fork-tender.
2. Smash them gently on a baking sheet, using the bottom of a glass.
3. Coat generously with a generous sprinkle of Redmond RealSalt Taco Seasoning.
4. Grill at 400°F on the Traeger until crispy.
5. Add shredded pepper jack cheese and let it melt into gooey perfection.
6. Add your favorite taco toppings and a bit more taco seasoning. Serve as a show-stopping side dish, snack, or appetizer.
