Smoked Bone-In Ham with Orange Glaze

1. Score the ham in a diamond pattern. Speckle the ham with lots of delicious orange slices.
2. Smoke the ham at 275F using hickory and oak wood.
3. Prepare the glaze by whisking together 2 cups of orange juice, 2 cups of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
4. Glaze the ham every 30 minutes during the smoking process.
5. Continue cooking until the internal temperature of the ham climbs to 145F.
6. Towards the end of the cook, crank the heat to 350F to caramelize the sugars on the ham's surface.
