Smoked Honey Rosemary Almonds

Preheat your grill to 275F using your favorite flavor wood pellet. In a glass bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, and butter. Microwave until the butter has melted, about 15-20 seconds. Stir in almonds, coating them completely. Pour coated almonds into a cookie sheet layered with a silicone baking sheet or aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle almonds with fresh rosemary. Grill for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle nuts immediately with sugar and salt. Allow them to cool, then store in an airtight container.
