Smoked St Louis Cut Ribs

Set your smoker to 225F. Place the St Louis Cut ribs on the grill. Spritz the ribs every hour with apple juice until their internal temperature reaches 165F. Once at 165F, wrap the ribs in a double layer of foil along with more apple juice, butter, honey, and brown sugar. Return the wrapped ribs to the grill and continue cooking until their internal temperature reaches 204F. Once done, unwrap, glaze (if desired), and cut before serving.
