Spatchcocked BBQ Chicken on Traeger Ironwood

Spatchcock the beautiful chickens. Season the birds generously with Traeger rub. Place them on the brand new Traeger Ironwood grill and smoke at 275°F until the internal temperature reaches 155°F in the thickest part of the breast. Remove the chickens from the grill and sauce them thoroughly with Traeger sweet & heat sauce. Return them to the grill at 300°F to allow the sauce to set and to bring the internal temperature up to 165°F in the thickest part of the breast. Serve and enjoy this delicious BBQ chicken!
