Sticky Honey Garlic Sesame Wings

Season wings generously with chicken rub. Smoke wings at 225F for 30 minutes, then increase grill temperature to 300F. Continue to grill wings until their internal temperature reaches 185-200F.

While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small pot, combine honey, chicken stock, garlic paste, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring all sauce ingredients to a boil for 3-4 minutes, whisking continuously.

For the slurry, mix 1 tbsp corn starch with 2 tbsp water until smooth. Pour the slurry mix into the boiling sauce and continue to whisk until the sauce has thickened.

Once wings are cooked, pour the thickened sauce over them, tossing to coat thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions to serve.
