Super Easy Jalapeño Cheesy Cornbread

In a bowl mix cornbread mix, egg, milk, and smoked paprika. Set aside. Preheat your grill to 400°F and place half a tablespoon of butter into each segment of the cast-iron pan. When the butter has melted, fill each segment 2/3 full with cornbread muffin mix. Top with shredded cheese (Colby jack suggested), bacon crumbles, and a slice of jalapeño. Bake on your grill until golden, approximately 15-20 minutes.
