Super Easy Korean BBQ Bulgogi Bowl

1. Finely slice 2 pounds of your favorite beef (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak) that has a little bit of marbling and is super thinly cut.
2. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with a 500gr container of store-bought bulgogi marinade. For best flavor, marinate the beef overnight, but you can also cook it immediately if pressed for time.
3. Add a sliced big Texas sweet onion to the marinated beef.
4. Heat your griddle (like a Flatrock) to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the griddle.
5. Dump all the beef and marinade onto the hot griddle. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then give it a flip and a toss.
6. Continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes until the beef has crispy edges and is caramelized.
7. While the beef cooks, prepare your bowl components: sauté Chinese broccoli, cook fluffy rice, steam and shred carrots, prepare spring onions, fry an egg, and get your roasted sesame seeds and radish kimchi ready.
8. Once the beef is cooked, assemble your bowl by combining the cooked bulgogi beef with the prepared Chinese broccoli, rice, carrots, spring onions, fried egg, roasted sesame seeds, and radish kimchi.
