Super Easy Slider Bacon Cheeseburgers

If you're using regular packaged beef, flatten it out with a rolling pin to fit your buns, using parchment or wax paper on top to reduce sticking. Remember the meat should be at least 1/2" - 1" larger than your buns to account for shrinkage during cooking. Season the whole slab of ground beef with Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow seasoning. Griddle the entire slab of seasoned beef on medium heat on your Flatrock grill. While the meat is griddling, butter some brioche slider buns and place them cut side down on the Flatrock to toast. When the meat is almost done to your liking, add sharp cheddar cheese all over the beef, then pile on crispy bacon. Once the cheese is melty, you've got 6 sliders ready. Add your favorite condiments on the toasty buttery buns. As a final step, add a skewer to each slider to hold it together, then slice between the buns to separate.
