Sweet & Sticky Sesame Hoisin Chicken Wings

1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.
2. Lightly season the chicken wings with chicken rub.
3. Grill the wings until golden, crispy, and an internal temperature of at least 180°F is reached.
4. While the wings are grilling, prepare the glaze: whisk all glaze ingredients (hoisin, apple cider vinegar, mirin, powdered garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional gochujang) in a small pot.
5. Bring the glaze mixture to a boil.
6. Once the wings are cooked, coat them with the prepared glaze.
7. Finish by sprinkling with sesame seeds.
