Sweet Wrapped BBQ Ribs

Cook ribs on a smoker or grill (e.g., Traeger Grills timberline 850) until their internal temperature reaches 165F and a beautiful wood-fired mahogany colored bark is set. Once at 165F, it's time to wrap the ribs. For the sweet wrap, add brown sugar, honey, butter, and a sprinkle of pork & poultry rub. Place the wrapped ribs back on the @traegergrills timberline 850 at 275F. Continue cooking until the ribs get to an internal temperature of 203F.
