Teriyaki Beef Bowl

1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl. 
2. Reserve 1 cup of the marinade and set aside. 
3. Toss beef with the remaining marinade. Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. 
4. Pour the reserved 1 cup marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. 
5. Whisk in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. 
6. Preheat your Flatrock griddle to medium heat and lightly oil the surface. 
7. Remove beef from marinade and cook until medium-rare. Drizzle with the thickened sauce and cook a few minutes more until glossy and coated. 
8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

To build a bowl, serve with seasoned rice, avocado chunks, lima beans, greens, peppers, chopped green onions, a sunny-side-up egg, and a spoonful of chili crisp.
