The Ultimate Bacon & Eggs (Chocolate)

Wrap each frozen egg with two half slices of bacon making sure to cover them completely (really important to use super thin slices of bacon). Preheat your grill to 250F. Place bacon wrapped chocolate and eggs on a mesh baking rack. Place the baking rack over a disposable pan. This will allow air around all sides of the chocolate and the bacon fat to drip down. Smoke the chocolate bars for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes flip the eggs over and continue to grill at 250F or until the bacon is done to your liking. Cool for 15 minutes prior to serving. Side Bar Tips: You can experiment with different types of chocolate bars. I recommend those that are very solid or have a peanut butter base. You can also stack up multiples of frozen plain or peanut chocolate bars, solid chocolate bunnies etc.
